Ordering Process

All orders placed through Havaianas are subject to product availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Pricing errors;
Inventory shortages;
Payment processing issues;
Suspected fraudulent activity.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

Shipping Details

Once processed, shipments generally arrive within 7-12 business days. Shipping charges are calculated based on your order and will be displayed at checkout before finalizing your purchase.

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return an item, please submit your return request within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used.

Order Cancellation

You may request order cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After this 24-hour window, your order may already be in processing and may not be cancellable.
